Dog Harness Shipping and Delivery Information
TransPaw Gear® ships to locations within the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories that receive Priority Mail service. For international orders, please contact us for rates and shipping options. We’re happy to help our international dog-loving friends!
We ship via USPS, First Class, Priority, or Express (upon request only) to include tracking and insurance. Please note, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the USPS 2-3 day priority mail delivery window is extended to 3-4 days.
For wholesale orders, the shipping carrier is chosen and paid for by the customer.
In-stock items are processed and shipped within 24-72 hours Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. If an item is on backorder, you will be notified of the estimated delivery window.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are encountering a fitting issue, please contact us first so we may help you troubleshoot.
We recommend you try any items on your dog indoors to help keep them clean and in saleable condition.
If you purchased directly from TransPaw Gear®, we will issue a refund for the amount paid in the manner it was paid, minus a 10% restocking fee, as long as the harness is like new – clean, dry, and free of odor, pet hair, dirt, and/or foreign matter. All tags and labels must be intact.
Contact us prior to shipping the item(s) to receive a return authorization number and return form.
Returns must be made within 14 days of the item’s delivery date.
If you purchased your TransPaw Gear® harness from a third party vendor, please contact that retailer directly for their specific return policy.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there is a product defect.
Refunds are credited to the original form of payment when the return is received within 30 days. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
We suggest you use a shipping carrier that offers tracking and insurance. TransPaw Gear® is not responsible for refunding the cost of the item(s) should they get lost in transit.
Sale items purchased through TransPaw Gear cannot be returned or exchanged. All sale items purchased are final. Before purchasing, please make sure you measure your dog as instructed on our site. If you have questions, please contact us.

Before ordering, we encourage you to measure your dog and purchase the harness that most closely matches his or her body size and shape.
Each dog is unique, so there might be more than one option. Contact us directly should you have questions pertaining to harness size.
